The Conseil scolaire du Nord-Ouest is thanking the province. The French language school board learned last week that École des Quatre-Vents will be replaced with a new building. In a press release, the board indicated that the building on a new school will solve several issues such as: accessibility issues, access to a quality gymnasium, equivalent high school programming and many others.

A spokesperson with Infrastructure Alberta said last week that the current school can accommodate as many as 380 students. The new one will hold up to 200 students. The school board also mentioned that it had no details on funding or construction plans at this time.
