Dan Moffet Memorial Science Fair in Peace River celebrates passionate and innovative youth

On February 12th, the Dan Moffet Memorial Science Fair (formerly the Peace River Science Fair) was hosted by Glenmary School, and T.A. Norris Middle School, in memory of Dan Moffet.

In an email to the Trending 55 Newsroom, the school division stated that Dan Moffet was ‘integral to the growth and success of our local science fair’.

“Mr. Moffet was passionate about sharing his love of science,” the email stated, “and went above and beyond to foster a love of science in his students. He played a key role in growing the science fair and was always willing to put in any extra time to ensure his students were successful.
