Two Bud Runners Cannabis pot shops are opening in Peace River and Grimshaw. The AGLC approved of the stores last week. Their locations will be the first in the Northern Alberta region.
The Peace River store is located at 9610 100 Street and they have expressed interest in opening a shop in the West Hill Area. Naturally, the owners chose to pursue properties in Downtown Peace River and the West Hill areas because they would be able to drive the most traffic there.
There has already been a huge amount of interest in the stores without having had to do much advertising, aside from their Facebook page. They got into the cannabis selling industry in April and have experience with their liquor store, Rum Runners in Grimshaw.
They say that they’re advocates of the plant and believe in what it can do for people. They are hoping to open up shop as soon as they can get the cannabis delivered.
