The case of the Driftpile Councillor has been held over, again!
The defense lawyer is stating that more time is needed to assess Starr Sasakamoose Junior at Alberta Hospital.
This despite Junior being found fit to stand trial, back in July.
He’s accused in the death of his father Starr Sasakamoose Senior back in April on the reserve.
The matter has been put over until mid-September.
