Council received a letter of invitation from Lloyd Garrison School to their annual Christmas Concert and Dinner Fundraiser. Councillor Tristen Vanderklok will attend on behalf of Council.
Municipalities meeting with Peace River School Division
Council members reviewed a request from Peace River School Division (PRSD) to attend their annual meeting with the PRSD board of trustees and local municipalities. One Councillor and the CAO will be in attendance at the meeting on February 7, 2023.
Abandoned CN rail
CN Railway notified the Village of Berwyn of its intent to sell the abandoned rail line located in Berwyn. Council directed administration to engage in discussions with CN Rail to gather more information.
