New Wildfire Skid Units are now part of the fleet at Fire Departments around the area, including in the town of Peace River.
These units are the same units that had four delivered to the Department in High Level and were pressed into service immediately last Spring and Summer.
The units can turn a pick-up truck into a fire truck.
Units have also been donated to High Prairie, Big Lakes County, and Northern Sunrise County, with the possibility of one coming to the County of Northern Lights.
