This is as the investigation continues into the targeted incident that took place earlier this morning.
Authorities say there is no risk to the public, as Police tape remains on scene.
Officials are saying to be patient because there is no timeframe as to when the park will re-open.

Peace Regional Police continue with their investigation into an incident at Riverfront Park, early this morning.
Authorities say they were present around 3:00 this morning, regarding an incident, they say, was targeted.
At this time, police tape is still present at the scene, so residents are being asked to stay away.
It is also said that there is no risk to the public.
