The Town of High Prairie has replaced aging equipment at the Sports Palace and Gordon Buchanan Center.
Four aging furnaces and hot water tanks have been swapped out with new high efficiency models.

The Health Sciences Association of Alberta, which represents more than 22,000 workers, says the agreement comes after 16 months of talks and a formal mediation process.|
The association says voting to ratify the deal will begin Aug. 28 until Sep. 10, and they’re recommending approval of the deal that includes a 12% wage increase over four years.
