On December 10, 2025, at approximately 12: 15AM, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a report of suspicious activity and a possible break-and-enter at a near 102 Avenue in Peace River.
Shortly thereafter, officers discovered a black 1996 Dodge Ram with a yellow stripe on the hood crashed into a guardrail near Pats Creek Road.
A search of the vehicle revealed multiple bags containing stolen items from the business, including gift cards, donations, silent auction items, all of which returned to the owner.
The RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying any suspects involved and are requesting neighboring businesses to review their surveillance footage for potential evidence.
The investigation is ongoing, and community members are thanked for their cooperation thus far.
