On December 2 2025, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle carrying steel pipes near Township Road 822 in Nampa.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two stolen vehicles and arrested 48-year-old Carlamae Evelyn Underwood and 50-year-old Richard James William Frey, both residents of Nampa.
Underwood faces multiple charges, including two counts of possession of property obtained crime over $,000 and failure to comply with release order conditions.
Frey is charged with similar offenses, along with resisting arrest and operating a motor vehicle while prohibited.
The RCMP emphasize the importance of community vigilance in reporting suspicious activities, which was instrumental in this case.
