On January 15, 2026, the Red Earth Creek RCMP executed a search warrant in Peerless Lake First Nation, recovering over $50,000 in stolen property, including a motor home and a quad.
As a result, Brad Miller, 33, and Arisha Cardinal, 32, both from Slave Lake, Alberta were charged with two counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000.
They were released on conditions and are scheduled to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Red Earth Creek on February 3, 2026.
Cpl. Tammy Lee Mullin, Detachment Commander, emphasized the RCMP’s commitment to community safety and encouraged anyone with information on criminal activity to contact the Red Earth Creek RCMP.
