The Peace River Art Club announced that $14,000 was raised from this year’s Alberta Pond Hockey Championships.
The Art Club was selected as the 2026 Gala event’s supported cause. Funds were raised through the silent and live auction and the 50/50.
The initiative saw strong support from across the region, with residents and businesses in Peace River, Grimshaw, Nampa, and St. Isidore coming together for the cause.
Funds raised will go toward supporting the Art Club’s programs and activities.
