Misery Mountain’s biggest fundraiser of the year is continuing to gain momentum.
Sales for the annual Truck Raffle are moving at a steady pace, with volunteers expecting even more interest as the busy fall season approaches. Representatives will also be selling tickets most weekends at Canadian Tire in Peace River throughout the summer.
The grand prize winner will have their choice of a select 2026 Chevrolet, Ford, or Ram truck valued at $78,500. This year’s raffle also features increased cash prizes of $10,000 and $5,000.
Tickets are $50 each, with only 5,000 available. They can be purchased at several businesses across Peace River, Grimshaw, and Nampa, or online by messaging Misery Mountain through Facebook.
Proceeds from the raffle support Misery Mountain’s operations. The draw is set for November 21, and organizers encourage anyone interested to buy their tickets sooner rather than later.
