The Tim Horton’s locations in Peace River and Valleyview are continuing their campaign to support the family of late St. Stephen’s School librarian Jessica Klymchuk.

To raise money to help support her four children, both locations are selling Jessica’s Love Donut, with all the sales going to support the family.
Gordon Drummond, who owns both locations, told the Trending 55 Newsroom that the response so far has been excellent.
“The communities are responding tremendously to it,” said Drummond. “It’s a story that really touches us all, and it’s an easy way for people to help a little bit in their own way. And again, the people of Peace River and Valleyview have been really tremendous with it.”
Drummond adds that he can’t imagine exactly what the children are going through right now.
“It’s really devastating for them,” he said. “So, it’s just a small way to say sorry for their loss. While it is an obvious statement, it still represents a small way to help out the family in this time of need.”
Drummond says that he hopes the communities will continue to provide the support for this cause, and just simply help the family out.
Each location has served a variety of donuts since the promotion started on October 9, 2017. The promotion will continue until October 15.
