Charges Laid From Investigation Of La Crete Break-Ins

Three people are facing charges from the investigation of a couple of break-ins that happened last month in La Crete.

Fort Vermilion RCMP say that the two break-ins happened early in the morning of June 3 at the Foothills Rental and Perfect Performance in La Crete.

Investigations led to video surveillance being obtained and a suspect observed committing the offences.

RCMP officers in Fort Vermilion and High Level have arrested three people in possession of stolen property from the break-ins.

Richard Bow-Noskiye (23) of Fort Vermilion has been charged with:

· Break and Enter with intent to commit theft under $5000 – Sect. 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
· Possession of Break and Enter instruments – Sect. 351(1) of the Criminal Code
· Theft under $5000.00 – Sect. 334 of the Criminal Code
· Possession of Property obtained by crime for the purposes of trafficking over $5000 – Sect. 335.2(a) of the Criminal Code
· Possession of Property obtained by crime over $5000 – Sect. 348 of the Criminal Code

Chase Lizotte (23) of High Level has been charged with:

· Possession of Property obtained by crime for the purposes of trafficking over $5000 – Sect. 335.2(a) of the Criminal Code
· Possession of Property obtained by crime over $5000 – Sect. 348 of the Criminal Code

Megan Rendle (25) of Fort Vermilion has been charged with:

· Possession of Property obtained by crime over $5000 – Sect. 348 of the Criminal Code

All three individuals are scheduled to appear in High Level Provincial Court on August 23 in relation to these allegations. Bow-Noskiye is to abstain from entering the community of La Crete.
