They are pressing on with business, despite the fire dominating the headlines.
The Lesser Slave Watershed Council is continuing to monitor the water and riparian habitats in the area.
This, along with the fact that water samples have had very little change with all the smoke, ash, and poor quality in the air.
The Council is looking towards the summer with optimism and hope that the unaffected area in the wildfire zone, stay at the levels they are.
