RCMP looking for suspects after Fraudulent Bank Transaction in Spirit River

Spirit River, Alta. – On Nov. 21, 2023, Grande Prairie RCMP received a report stating that two people had committed a fraudulent bank transaction, on Nov. 7, 2023, in Spirit River. Footage of the suspects has been obtained but they have yet to be identified. Grande Prairie RCMP are seeking public assistance in order to identify the two suspects.

Suspect 1 is described as:

  • Male;
  • 45-55 years old;
  • 5 feet, 4 inches;
  • 210 pounds;
  • Short gray hair;
  • Short salt and pepper beard;
  • Last seen wearing a white and beige baseball cap with a logo on it, dark clothes and a black man-purse.

Suspect 2 is described as:

  • Female;
  • 45-55 years old;
  • 5 feet, 2 inches;
  • 190 pounds;
  • Short brown hair;
  • Last seen wearing a white and brown diamond patterned shirt, dark coat and back purse.
