They are wanting the public to understand the reality of living in hardship.
A Poverty Simulation event is happening tomorrow afternoon at the new Sagitawa Native Friendship Center.
The exercise increases the understanding of poverty, inspires local change, and offers ways to eliminate that reality in the area.
The event is Tuesday October 22, 1-4 at the old Al Adair Center.
