Seeding season is continuing to be ahead of schedule in the Peace Country.
Alberta Agriculture is reporting that the crops are just over 60% complete, which is 15 percentage points higher than the 5-year average.
Specific crops seeded include Spring wheat at 81%, Barley, Oats and Canola at over 50%, and Dry Peas at 73%.
