  4. Misery Mountain Ski Resort’s Truck Raffle has been extended to November 22 to buy tickets.
  5. The Northwest Junior Hockey League has an off-day today, before resume their schedule tomorrow.
    This after a 5-2 Fort St. John win over North Peace and a 6-3 Grande Prairie win over Sexsmith last night.
  6. The Division series in Baseball resumes tonight with Philidelphia in LA and Milwaukee in Chicago. The Dodgers and Brewers lead two games to one.
    Detroit plays in Seattle tomorrow in Game 5 of that series. The Toronto Blue Jays advanced last night.
  7. 4 Canadian teams in action in the NHL tonight. Calgary is in Vancouver, Dallas is in Winnipeg, and Montreal is in Detroit.
    The Oilers are off until Saturday, after their shootout loss last night to the Flames.
  8. The NFL Thursday-nighter is Philidelphia at the Giants.
  9. Sunny skies are in store for the Northwest, heading into this practice Friday of a long weekend. Highs today are in the low teens, with lows still touching the freezing mark.
    Layers are needed for the long weekend, as numbers barely will get above zero.
