Time is running out for anyone hoping to take home a brand-new truck in Misery Mountain Ski Area’s biggest fundraiser of the year. With the draw happening tomorrow evening (Saturday, November 22) at the annual Snow Fest event inside the Misery Mountain Ski Chalet, organizers are urging the public to snag their raffle tickets before they’re gone.
Tickets are $50 each and can be found at various business outlets across the Peace River area, or purchased online by connecting with Misery Mountain on Facebook. Only 3,000 tickets were printed, giving entrants strong odds at a major prize.
And the prizes are major. The Grand Prize winner will drive away with a brand-new GM, Ford, or Chevy truck—winner’s choice—valued at over $75,000. The second-place prize is $5,000, with $1,000 awarded for third.
The annual truck raffle is the cornerstone fundraiser for the Misery Mountain Ski Area. Organizers say proceeds play a crucial role in preparing the hill for the upcoming ski season and supporting operations.
