On February 13, 2026, Fox RCMP executed a search at local residence following a drug trafficking investigation initiated on November 16, 2025.
The led to the arrest of one suspect and the seizure of 22 firearms,, hard body, small amounts of cocaine, $11,000 in Canadian currency, and trafficking peraphernalia.
The resident faces multiple charges, including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and several firearm-related offences.
They have been released on pending Crown approval, with a court appearance scheduled for April 14, 2026, before the Alberta Court of Justice in Fort Vermilion.
