On May 31, 2021 Alberta Health Services confirmed 263 additional cases of COVID-19 in the province.
The total number of active cases in Alberta is continually declining and is now at 7,646.
Hospitalization rates are down; there are currently 439 people in hospital with the virus and 133 are in ICU.
In the North Zone for active cases, there are 53 in Mackenzie County, 15 in the MD of Greenview, 11 in the MD of Peace, 7 in the County of Northern Lights while all other surrounding counties and MD’s in our region have three active cases or less.

- Manning area – 35.8%,
- Valleyview area – 35%,
- High Prairie area – 31.2%
