We continue our look at golf courses in the region with the 5 Star Golf Club in Falher.
Rocky Johnson, the groundskeeper at the course, says players can expect good conditions.
“We’re just coming out of the winter so our greens are recovering quite nicely. We have a fully licensed clubhouse, the food is fantastic and the service is great.”
Johnson says there’s a few holes that will test golfers skills.
“We have a couple holes that are long par 3’s that are pretty tough to birdie on or even par. There’s about three holes that are pretty tough, the greens are surrounded by bunkers and they’re in that 200 yard range so their very tough to birdie.”
