Our latest golf course profile takes us to High Level.
Edgar Lanctot is with the Fox Haven Golf & Country Club, he says the weather had them start later than usual this year.
“Lately we had some issues with a lot of water, that late snowfall that we had kinda messed things up as far as our starting date, but it’s definitely been nice out there. The weather has been very helpful, the course is in excellent condition and our grounds crew has been doing a wonderful job in getting everything up and running for us.”
Lanctot says hole number 18 is their most recognizable one.
“It used to be when we were a nine hole course that was our ninth hole, it was the hole that you finished on. It’s got an interesting water hazard just in front of the green so it gives you challenge and something to play over as you approach the green.”
