Grande Prairie RCMP Crime Reduction Unit arrest male for dangerous driving 

Grande Prairie, Alta. – On June 10, 2022 at approximately 10 p.m., the Grande Prairie Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) was conducting pro-active patrols near the downtown core when they observed a grey sedan accelerate at a high rate of speed and drive through a red light.

The male driver was identified by police and located later in the evening and arrested.

Dylan Sutton (23) Grande Prairie has been charged with the following offences:

·        Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle

·        Flight from peace officer

·        Failing to comply with a release order

·        Failing to stop at an intersection

·        Operating a motor vehicle without a licence

·        Uttering a forged document

·        Fraud over $5,000.00

Following a judicial hearing, Dylan was held in custody to appear at the Grande Prairie Provincial Courthouse on June 29, 2022.
