As the Peace Country continues to look to the year 2015, they also take a look back at what has happened the previous year. In the Town of Grimshaw, Mayor Bob Regal says there were two big accomplishments of note which happened. One was the completion of the new Stone Brook Supportive Living Centre, and the other being the unveiling of the soon-to-be-built joint public-catholic school, to be added to the Mile Zero Multiplex. As for next year, Regal says he is hoping to see more residential growth happening, due to both the school construction, as well as some of the oil projects coming to the area. He adds once the shovels are in the ground for the new joint school, everyone should have a much more positive outlook on the town’s future.
