Internet Safety always a hot topic. It has come into the news again after High Level RCMP came out saying they are investigating a case of Sexual Interference. Operations NCO Mark Wielgosz of the High Level Detachment says the most important thing that needs to happen is parents having a face to face conversation with their children about surfing the internet. He adds that along with the talk, parents need to monitor what their kids are looking at on the internet, and look out for questionable conversations that could be going on with strangers. Wielgosz says that the RCMP will go into schools upon request to talk with students, but it goes on a case by case basis.
