Getting re-elected again as the MLA for Central Peace-Notley is Todd Loewen.

Loewen won the riding for the UCP capturing 77.7% of the votes.

He beat out Megan Ciurysek of the NDP who got 18.5%, Rodney Bowen of the Independence Party of Alberta with 2%, Lynn Lekisch of the Alberta Party with 1.4% and Nancy O’Neill of the Solidarity Movement of Alberta with 0.4%.

This will be Loewen’s third term as an MLA, he was originally elected in the former riding of Grande Prairie-Smoky in 2015.

We got his reaction last night to winning the riding and to another UCP majority government.
