The results are in!

In the latest Trending 55 Newsroom’s Poll of the Week, we asked if you were concerned about small businesses declaring bankruptcy with the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy set to expire this year.

An important note; the federal government’s throne speech on Wednesday included extending the CEWS into next summer.

When it comes to votes, 72.3 percent of you indicated that you are concerned for the future of small businesses, and the remaining 27.7 percent of voters are not worried.

Our latest question is about getting tested for COVID-19 after a local politician suggested that people stop getting swabbed for the virus.

We want to know, if you are showing symptoms related to COVID-19, would you get tested or would you take a pass?

If you are undecided, we added an option for that as well.

Head to the website’s homepage and be sure to cast your vote.
