The Trending 55 Newsroom recently caught up with Peace River’s own Carter Massier who plays with the Regina Pats of the WHL.

One of the questions we asked the 18 year old forward was about what people have been the biggest influences in his hockey career.

“Definitely my dad is number, but also Darren Kramer who played for Spokane in the WHL and then the Manitoba Moose of the AHL. He has also been a very big influence and someone to look up to and follow in his footsteps.”

The team recently played in an outdoor game at Mosiac Stadium, the Trending 55 Newsroom asked him about what it was like to play in that game.

“That was an unreal experience, one in a lifetime. It was awesome and fun and good hockey. Just an overall great experience.”
