First Winnie the Pooh goes horror and now we will see The Grinch do the same in The Mean One. The Mean one is an unauthorized parody of the 1957 children’s book How the Grinch Stole Christmas! by Dr. Seuss, which means it won’t be using any of the original text is the film. That also is why The Grinch will be known simply as The Mean One, Cindy Lou-Who is Cindy You-Know-Who.
The plot of the horror/comedy parody is: “In the sleepy mountain town of Newville, Cindy You-Know-Who saw her parents murdered by the Mean One, a bloodthirsty green-skinned creature dressed in a red Santa suit. Twenty years later, as the ravenous monster begins to terrorize the town and threatens to ruin the holiday, she finds a new purpose in stopping the beast.”
It gets released December 9th and I for one will be watching it when I can find where it will be released. I feel It will be in the so bad it is entertaining category of movie.
