The Beef Cattle Research Council will be hosting a webinar series with a new topic each month.

For February, the BCRC will be titled “Breeding goals: Practical Genetics for beef production and it will be on Wednesday, February 17.

The Peace Country Beef and Forage Association continues its webinar series on soil health.

The first show was  today and there will be another one on Saturday, followed by a session on Tuesday, February 16th, and next week on the 23rd.

All these webinars are free to attend and various topics of soil health and nutrition will be discussed.

Ag Safe Alberta will be holding a webinar on February 23rd.

It will focus on how to come up with a safety plan for your farm or operation.

Current Occupational Health and Safety regulations, COVID considerations as well as custom safety plans will be covered.

The Top Crop Summit will be going virtual this year. According to organizers, the event will connect farmers and agronomists for two days for sharing research and the latest production trends.

This event will be for two days, February 23 and the 24 and there is a cost of around 80 dollars to register.
