In Peace River, Alberta, Bradley Victor Morency has been sentenced to 18 months’ time served after pleading guilty to two counts of for the purpose of trafficking and one count of firearm possession.
Four additional charges were withdrawn.
His co-accused, Jesse Nadeau of Grimshaw, received a conditional sentence last October for similar offenses.
The pair were arrested in July 2023 following a police search that uncovered cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and a flamethrower.
