The Town of High Level is welcoming 2026 with a refreshed new logo that reflects both a modern design and the community’s deep-rooted history.
While the updated logo introduces a cleaner, more contemporary look, town officials emphasize that honoring High Level’s past was a key priority throughout the redesign process. The new logo is built on the same strong foundation as the previous one, incorporating familiar symbols that represent the community’s identity, values, and economy.
Key elements of the logo include a wheat stalk, symbolizing agriculture and its role in feeding local families; a flame representing the oil and gas industry and its contribution to the regional economy; and a tree, reflecting the surrounding forest and the forestry sector. The raven, another prominent feature, was chosen for its symbolism of wisdom, transformation, and the complexity of nature.
The new logo process included public engagement. In March 2025, residents were invited to vote and provide feedback on three proposed design options. That feedback was carefully reviewed by Town Council, which selected the final design direction during its April 28, 2025 meeting.
Town officials say the rebrand is part of a broader effort to ensure High Level’s visual identity reflects who the community is today, while remaining respectful of its history and values.
“Our previous logo served us well for many years,” the Town stated. “This update allows us to present a look that is modern, recognizable, and versatile across all forms of media, while still telling the story of High Level.”
The new logo will be rolled out across Town communications, signage, and promotional materials.
