On February 3, 2026, at approximately 4:47 a.m., Peace River RCMP responded to a break and enter at a Grimshaw business.
Upon arrival, officers observed damage to the building, and the owner multiple items stolen.
Footprints and toboggan tracks in the snow led police to a residence known to them.
The following day, a search warrant was executed at the residence, resulting in the recovery of stolen tools and vehicle parts valued at approximately $10,000.
Jaeden Glaab, 25, and Evan Milne, 20, both of Grimshaw, were charged with three counts of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of break and enter.
Both were remanded into custody, though Milne has since been released.
They are scheduled to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River on February 23, 2026.
