Navs-FSJ and La Crete-GP in NWJHL Semi-Finals

We’re into the second round of the NWJHL’s playoffs. Four teams remain in the battle for the league championship.

Three of the four first round matchups ended up in sweeps, La Crete over Sexsmith, Grande Prairie over Beaverlodge, and the North Peace Navigators over Dawson Creek. Meanwhile Fort St. John had to go the distance needing the full five games to finish off the Fairview Flyers, four of those five games were decided by one goal, two of them needed overtime.

In the semi-finals, it will be the Navs facing Fort St. John while La Crete will be up against Grande Prairie. Both matchups will be best-of-sevens.
