The Holy Family Catholic Regional Division has announced the acclamation of John Willemsen as the new trustee for Ward 5 – Grimshaw.
Willemsen brings a wealth of experience, having served 18 years as a trustee with the Nipissing Parry Sound Catholic School Board.
A dedicated family man, he is a husband, father of three adult children, and grandfather to five.
Expressing his gratitude, Willemsen stated, “With a deep commitment to Catholic education and the well-being of every student, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as trustee for Ward 5 – Grimshaw.”
Board Chair Kelly Whalen welcomed him, noting that his dedication to the community and commitment to Catholic education will be a blessing to the division.
Willemsen will officially join the board upon completing his Oath of Office.
