
On April 7th, Alberta Health Services confirmed 25 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 1,373.
There are 90 cases of COVID-19 in the north zone and four people have passed away.
26 Albertans have now died from COVID-19.
AHS is reporting that 447 people have recovered from the virus.
To help slow spread or ease fear of catching COVID-19, the government recommends washing one’s hands for at least 20 seconds, and to avoid touching the face.
Premier Jason Kenney will be addressing the province at 6:00 p.m.
