Denzel Washington is back as Robert McCall for the final chapter of The Equalizer franchise. The trailer is out for the trilogy film that is scheduled for release September 1, 2023.
The plot is Robert McCall finds himself at home in Southern Italy but he discovers his friends are under the control of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he has to do: become his friends’ protector by taking on the mafia.
The movie will see Washington reunite with Man on Fire co-star Dakota Fanning nearly 20 years later for this film.
The trailer looks awesome, I still do have to watch the 2nd one but I will be definitely checking out The Equalizer 3 when it hits theatres in September.
