Emergency crews had to respond to a tragic incident yesterday at a Canada Day parade in La Crete.
Fort Vermilion RCMP says an accident happened on the parade route.
A 45-year-old male who was a part of the parade, fell off the equipment he was throwing candy from, and sustained fatal injuries.
