Recently we got a new teaser for the upcoming Percy Jackson series got released. This series is based on books by the same name that were wildly popular and even garnered spin-off series. This franchise did have a few movie adaptations in the past but none of them got widespread success. The movie adaptations also never came to a conclusion. They only adapted the first two books which is sad that we never got a complete story. Hopefully, this series on Disney Plus will be a more faithful approach that fans can get behind and maybe actually have an ending and tell the whole tale. It would be great if the series did well this time despite it already receiving some criticism for how it has changed certain things from the books. Either way, I’m excited to check it out as a fan of the series. I remember reading these books when I was younger so, getting another chance to dive back into this world, I am looking forward to it!
