A Reese’s Review

A couple of weeks ago, I had to go get groceries, and as I was about to leave the store I was hit with my one (that’s a lie there is probably many) weakness. Right next to the till, there was a big wall, of Reese’s products. I love chocolate and peanut butter and that’s exactly what Reese’s does best. As I was looking at this wall of tasty treats I knew that I had to try some of them so I grabbed the three most interesting ones. Normally when you think of Reese’s you think of the standard Reese’s cup but they had some that you don’t normally see so I thought I would let you know if their worth trying.

Reese’s Potato Chip Big Cup – I had high hopes for this one. Sweet and salty just sounds so good together. adding a little crunch to the otherwise smooth treat what could go wrong…a lot… a lot could go wrong. So, they basically took a standard big Reese’s cup and put chips in it. The problem is that the chips they used are the saltiest thing on the planet and it made it really hard to eat these. It seems like they really wanted you to know that there is chips in these things so they cranked the salt level up to 11.

Should you try this- NO

Rees’s Outrageous- The form factor of a chocolate bar is just so much more convenient than a cup. You don’t have to worry about unwrapping any shells or what not, you just undo the wrapper and can dig in. The interesting thing with this is that it is a peanut butter and chocolate bar, which on its own is good, but then they put Reese’s pieces inside of it adding another layer of peanut butter and candy. With all these layers, it’s not the most healthiest of snacks but…

Should you try this- DEFENITLY

Reese’s Crunchy Snack Cake- I was intrigued by this one,  instead of the usual chocolate they have a chocolate cake with a layer of peanut butter and peanut chunks…than its coated in chocolate. This was actually really good it s different from a lot of other snack cakes like a Twinkie or something of that sort because it is really dense the cake is not fluffy at all but for tis treat it kind of worked so…

Should you try this- Yes

Hey 2/3 isn’t bad at all I don’t know if anything will beat the original but there were a couple of good options here if you do want to spice things up.
