The Agriculture for Life (Ag for Life) has launched #FarmBabies18 photo contest to capture the bundle of joys that roam on Albertan farms.
For the third time, Ag for Life is calling for farmers and ranchers in the Peace Country to submit photos of farm babies born between January 1st and May 31st.
The organization aims to highlight what it is like for all new arrivals and show the dedication and labor of farmers across the province.
Agriculture for Life CEO, Luree Williamson says the contest is unique because it shares stories of the hard work and dedication farmers have to their livestock.
“The goal of contest is ultimately education, but its to also highlight all the hardwork and the actual industry of agriculture, and connect those of us who are consumers that aren’t maybe as familiar to agriculture and we do that through sharing these farm stories.”
