The trial of a high-profile case in High Prairie has been delayed, again.
The case of Kyra Renee Backs and the death of a seven-month old, has been pushed back to later this month, just to set trial dates.
The trial was to start early last month, but defense lawyers are waiting for more disclosure, and time to review it.
Backs stands accused in the death of seven-month old Oaklan Cunningham in October of 2022.
