Update on wildfires for Clear Hills County area.
GWF0018 – Peace Riverbanks/Cleardale
classified as out of control. – It is estimated to be 48,000 ha in size
This wildfire is located on both sides of the Peace River.
There are firefighters, helicopters and heavy equipment working on this wildfire. Watch for updates.
G80220 – Boundary Lake/Bear Canyon
Being held (BH): given current weather conditions and resources, the wildfire is not anticipated to grow past expected boundaries.
PW0034 – Clear Prairie
Being held (BH): given current weather conditions and resources, the wildfire is not anticipated to grow past expected boundaries.
PW0036/35 – Eureka River
Being held (BH): given current weather conditions and resources, the wildfire is not anticipated to grow past expected boundaries.

Under control (UC): the wildfire is completely contained and will be extinguished.
