Alberta Justice has announced a stay of proceedings in the drug trafficking case against Brittany Salmond, effective since February 20.
Salmond, along with Robert Allen, was arrested in October 2023 following a month-long investigation.
A search of a Fairview residence on October 6 uncovered cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
Charges against Allen were withdrawn last November.
