RCMP are continuing to investigate a fatal crash that happened on Highway 2 near Sucker Creek on Saturday.
Initial investigation reveals that some motorcycles riders were travelling in one large group when an oncoming semi truck crossed over the centreline striking the riders.
Two people were killed, a man from Driftpile and another person from Edmonton, while several others were injured.
Although the investigation continues alcohol impairment is not believed to be a factor.
