It was an impromptu visit that featured the swapping of stories, networking, and to catch up, since this is not their first time here.
Firefighters from Australia and New Zealand took a break from fighting the Semo Complex Fire and met up with Firefighters from the High Level Fire Department.
The Aussies and Kiwis were also in the area last year to fight the Bassitt Fire.
