Update – Fort Vermilion RCMP seeks public assistance in locating missing person
Fort Vermilion, Alta. – Fort Vermilion RCMP would like to inform the public that Elvis Metsikassus was located safe. Alberta RCMP thank the public and the media for their assistance.
BACKGROUND
Fort Vermilion RCMP seeks public assistance in locating missing person.
Fort Vermilion, Alta. – Fort Vermilion RCMP is asking assistance in locating 20-year-old Elvis Metsikassus, a resident of John D’Or Prairie, Alta. Elvis left the St. Theresa General Hospital on April 23, 2024, around 7 p.m., and was last seen walking in Fort Vermilion around 9 p.m. While he was last seen in Fort Vermilion, Elvis does live in John D’Or Prairie and could be in that community as well. Fort Vermilion RCMP is concerned for Elvis’ wellbeing and would like to speak with him.
Elvis is described as follows:
- Medium complexion;
- 5 feet, 7 inches;
- 125 pounds;
- Slim build;
- Short black hair;
- Brown eyes; and
- Last seen wearing grey jacket, grey or black jogging pants and grey running shoes.
